1. How did you get into a career in construction?
My dad worked his entire life in heavy civil construction for contractors, so from a young age I was exposed to construction and really wanted to be involved in building things that I could look back at and see a tangible finished product.
2. What is something interesting about yourself that nobody would know?
I started working when I was 12 at an animal feed store for a family friend for cash, and other than when I was attending college, have had a job ever since.
3. What is your dream vacation/favorite travel spot?
Any beach is my favorite spot as long as it is with my wife. I enjoy just sitting on the beach under sun shade reading a book or listening to music with a cooler of my favorite beverage close by.
4. What is some advice you’d give to your 20-year-old self?
Take time to enjoy the day every day, they add up quick.
