MBP provided commissioning services for the design, bidding, construction, and warranty occupancy phases for the renovation of the existing classroom and laboratory building. The four-story, 39,500-square-foot Kostos Building located on the Penn State University Hazleton Commonwealth Campus provided improvements to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems serving the existing classrooms, laboratories, offices, lecture hall, library, and common areas.
