MBP provided dispute resolution services and prepared an as-built versus as-planned CPM schedule delay analysis and determined responsibility for concurrence and compensability of delays. The project consisted of the construction of a hydroelectric power generating stationĀ on the Ohio River at the West Virginia (east) end of the existing U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Lock and Dam. The project involved building a two-unit, low head, horizontally positioned, bulb type turbine power generating plant. The structure is a submersed reinforced concrete powerhouse and gravity dam designed to abut the existing concrete dam on the Ohio River.
