MBP provided dispute resolution services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Analytical Chemistry Laboratory which consisted of the construction of two additions comprising a total of 26,000 square feet, including a state-of-the-art advanced analytical chemistry wing for work with supertoxic chemical agents and toxins and associated data reduction space and administrative space.
