MBP was presented this morning with the 2017 American Public Works Association (APWA) Mid-Atlantic Chapter Consultant of the Year Award. The award was accepted by MBP Senior Vice President, Michael Prezioso, PE, CCM, at the APWA Mid-Atlantic Chapter Conference and Equipment Show in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
The Consultant of the Year Award was established by APWA to recognize outstanding work provided by a consultant for a unit of government in the Mid-Atlantic Chapter.
“We are honored to be selected by the APWA for this prestigious award,” states MBP’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Blake Peck, PE, CCM. “I am extremely proud of Mike Prezioso and his project team for their collective efforts and dedication to the advancement of the public works construction program.”.
MBP’s Dominion Boulevard Improvement Project in Chesapeake, Virginia, was also recognized at the award ceremony as the Project of the Year in the Transportation, over $75 million category.
