MBP is pleased to announce Duke University has selected the firm to provide building commissioning services for the Telcom Building Systems Utility Upgrade and Renovation project.
MBP’s commissioning team will provide commissioning and construction inspection services to verify that the renovated facility meets the original design intent.
Built in 1973, the Office of Information Technologies (OIT) Telecommunications Building, commonly known as the Telcom Building, is a three-story, 26,680-gross-square-foot building. The entire first floor of the Telcom building will be renovated and completed in time to serve students in the 2016 Fall Semester.
