MBP provided CPM scheduling support services for this new two-story, 14,500-square-foot replacement fire station. The overall sequence involved the construction of a temporary fire station that maintained fire and rescue operations during construction, the demolition of the existing building, and the construction of a new two-story fire station at the same location with below-grade parking. MBP reviewed the accessibility requirements of the interior of the building, parking areas, and the site (sidewalks and entrances) to verify as-built dimensions were in accordance with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
