MBP provided construction scheduling services for VDOT’s Springfield Interchange project. The final phase of the Springfield Interchange Program involved construction of 14 bridges, including three large fly over structures, numerous ramps, and main line reconstruction of Interstate 395. The project also included traffic management systems and high-mast lighting and required coordination with two adjacent contracts.
