MBP performed dispute resolution services including the investigation and technical analysis of disputed issues and delays related to the new 2,700-space, multi-level parking garage and connecting tunnel at the Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Phased construction included two concrete deck structures consisting of slab-on-grade, four supported levels of post-tensioned concrete, two steel vehicular helices, and a covered open-air lightwell and pedestrian bridge.
