Niyi Ladipo, CCM, CCP, EVP

Niyi Ladipo has 37 years of experience in construction and project management. She has broad experience in the management of building and civil engineering projects from inception to closeout. Niyi possesses thorough knowledge of architectural and engineering practices with particular emphasis on the supervision of preservation and restoration of historic structures and base building and interior of new structures. She is also experienced in cost development, analysis, and management for rail and transit projects in the UK and US. She has served as site engineer, project engineer, project manager, contracts specialist, and senior project manager on multiple projects. Her extensive experience includes preparation, review, administration, and management of contracts, change orders, applications for payments, CPM schedules and other project management documentation. Niyi is also experienced in quantity surveying and cost estimating, cost management, capital assets costs management, and value engineering studies, and earned value management. She has had considerable experience in preparation and review of quality control, quality assurance, and operations and maintenance documentation.
