John Machner has 24 years of construction experience, including construction management, constructability reviews, project phasing, project inspections, cost estimating, claim analysis, and project documentation. He also has field inspection experience in asphalt placement environmental, guardrail, bridge construction, roadway improvements, signalization, stormwater systems, drilled shafts, concrete, MSE walls, utilities, box culverts, surveying, and timber dolphin removal and installation. John has been a key player in various enhancements for the VDOT CADAC documentation system and the VDOT ProjectWise Documentation system.
