Kim Forbes has 24 years of construction and planning experience in transportation, educational, municipal, commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Experience includes on-site CPM scheduling, review, and analysis; construction cost estimating; change order analysis; schedule time impact analysis; and evaluation of construction claims. Kim has helped to manage projects through CPM scheduling and owner representation from conception through project closeout of multimillion-dollar facilities. She has exceptional project controls experience and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.
