MBP is pleased to announce the promotion of Julie Coolbaugh, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, to Senior Vice President.
Julie joined MBP in 2003 and has risen steadily over the years through positions of increasing responsibility. As a member of the company’s executive leadership team and Board of Directors, Julie serves as a key voice in the growth of the company, with a specific focus on talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, organizational effectiveness, professional development, safety, and diversity and inclusion.
In her role leading the Human Resources function at MBP, Julie has also been instrumental in enhancing MBP’s compliance training and annual team member benefits packages. She is a certified Gallup Strengths Finder Coach and is committed to helping team members identify, understand, and lead with their strengths. In addition, her leadership has brought continued recognition to MBP through several annual awards including the Cigna Well-Being Award, Best Places to Work in Virginia, and Zweig Group Best Firm to Work For.
