Savannah Dotson, EIT, CCP, CBCP

Savannah Dotson is a mechanical engineer with eight years of experience in the field providing building commissioning (Cx) services utilizing the latest commissioning software tools to document and analyze tasks and results throughout the commissioning process. She is experienced in all project commissioning phases, including design, construction, and occupancy/warranty. She has performed design reviews, prepared Cx specifications and Cx plans, reviewed Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR) and Basis of Design (BOD) documents, and managed projects. Her field experience includes leading the Cx team in meetings, performing field observations and oversight, testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) verification, and directing and performing functional performance testing of building systems. Savanah has worked on various project types, including museums, higher education, K-12 facilities, government buildings, and office buildings.
