MBP is pleased to announce that Chesterfield County Public Schools has awarded a construction management services contract to MBP in support of new school construction and renovations throughout the County.
Per the County’s 2013 Bond Referendum, projects are expected to include four new school projects and potentially six major renovations for elementary schools and administrative offices. Three replacement schools and one new school have already been approved for construction.
The initial contract term is for twelve months with the County retaining the option to renew the contract for four one-year terms.
