MBP is pleased to announce that the City of Wilmington has selected the firm to provide construction management services for the Water Street Parking Deck Redevelopment project.
MBP’s scope of work includes project management, cost control, time control, value analysis, cost benefit studies, information management, construction contract management, claims management, technical inspection, and other services during the design, bid and award, construction, and post-construction phases.
This public-private partnership project will consist of a 409-space parking deck and 170 residential spaces along with 25,633 square feet of commercial and non-public spaces.
