MBP is pleased to announce that Fairfax County Department of Public Works and Environmental Services has selected the firm to provide project management and construction management support services for various to-be-determined project sites throughout the County.
Specific services to be performed include project scheduling; constructibility review; cost estimating; construction quality control monitoring, testing, and inspection; forensic engineering and analysis; partnering facilitation; claims analysis; commissioning; project closeout; and staff augmentation support.

The annual task order contract is for a one-year base period with an option to renew for two additional one year periods.
