MBP was recently recognized as one of the 2018 Best Firms to Work For by Zweig Group in the Multi-Discipline category.
The Best Firms to Work For Award recognizes the top architecture, structural engineering, civil engineering, environmental, geotechincal engineering, landscape architecture/planning, and multi-discipline firms in the United States and Canada based on their workplace practices, work culture, employee benefits, employee retention rates, and more. Firms were graded on a combination score of comprehensive employee surveys and corporate evaluations, then ranked by category.
“This is the seventh year in a row MBP has been recognized by Zweig Group as a Best Place to Work,” said Vice President of Human Resources, Julie Detwiler, SPHR, SHRM-SCP. “When MBP was formed, our intent was to promote a culture where smart, collaborative team members accomplish great things. This award is testament to both the culture we’ve created and the team members that make MBP what it is.”
