MBP was recently named as one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Engineering by the Best Companies Group, ranking #6 in this category. This survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places to work in the industry.
“We are honored to be recognized as one of the 2024 Best Places to Work in Engineering. This achievement reflects our commitment to fostering a positive and engaging work environment that values innovation and collaboration and celebrates the unique contributions of our talented engineering professionals,” said Julie Coolbaugh, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
The process consisted of an employee engagement survey measuring employee experience in eight core focus areas – Leadership and Planning, Corporate Culture and Communications, Role Satisfaction, Work Environment, Relationship with Supervisor, Training and Development, Pay and Benefits, and Overall Engagement.
Overall scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. Best Companies Group managed the overall registration and survey process, analyzed the data, and used their expertise to determine the final rankings.
