MBP is pleased to announce the promotion of Gerald (Gerry) Timothy, PE, CBCP, QCxP, to Branch Operations Manager of the firm’s Philadelphia, Pennsylvania location.
Gerry has been with MBP since 2008, starting as Project Manager in our Philadelphia office supporting several large commissioning projects. Over the past four years, he has become an integral part of our commissioning team and a leader within MBP. Gerry came to MBP with more than 16 years of project management, construction, and mechanical engineering experience, specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential construction. He has successfully provided federal and private owners with a variety of services to include commissioning, project management, construction management, inspection, mechanical engineering design, cost estimating, scheduling, contract administration, and claims analysis.

Gerry graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and earned his Master of Science in Leadership Development from Pennsylvania State University. He is an active member of the Association of Energy Engineers and the American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers.
