MBP Selected by University of Maryland, Baltimore for Program Management Services Contract

MBP is pleased to announce that the University of Maryland, Baltimore has selected the firm to provide program management services at various University facilities ranging from residence halls, dining facilities, student unions, laboratories for teaching and/or research, buildings for academic instruction, lecture halls, computer centers, health centers and gymnasia, athletic fields, parking lots and structured garages, office buildings, and libraries.

Specific services to be requested under the task order contract include scheduling and schedule analysis, estimating and cost control, construction inspection, claims support, and project management consulting.

The initial contract term is twelve months with the University retaining the option to renew the contract for two two-year terms.
