MBP is pleased to welcome KT Prosise, as Client Solutions Leader. In this role, KT will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships to expand MBP’s portfolio of work through outreach, strategic partnerships, and teaming opportunities.

KT brings over 16 years of industry experience and is an accomplished engineering professional, having served in both project management and business development roles. She has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering and a Master of Science in Construction Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and an MBA from The College of William & Mary. Over the course of her career, KT has developed key client relationships within the federal, commercial, and private markets for clients such as the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, the Science Museum of Virginia, GSA, and the Department of State. Before joining MBP, she was successful in securing several major contracts including a $40 million IDIQ MACC for NAVSEA and a $45 million job order contract with NAVFAC Southeast at the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Facility.
KT has been an active member of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME) for 15 years and is a current board member for the Central Virginia Post where she serves as the Community Outreach and Philanthropy Chair and Vice Chair of the National Small Business Council Outreach committee. As part of her outreach efforts through the Central Virginia Post, she focuses on the future success of the local community by actively leading fundraising efforts to provide scholarships for high school and college students.
She is also a member of the Virginia State University Professional Enhancement/Career Committee, and has served as a mentor and guest speaker for the Virginia State University Student Professional Enhancement Program and the Richmond Area Program for Minorities in Engineering (RAPME). She also supports alumni relations for her alma mater, The College of William & Mary, and is a past recipient of the MBA Alumni Spotlight Award.
