MBP is providing commissioning services in accordance with ASHRAE guidelines and the Building Commissioning Association Handbook. This project consisted of a 210,000-square-foot renovation and an additional 8,000-square-foot expansion for the new gallery space in two new wings on each side of the entrance of the Chrysler Museum of Art. Every gallery was improved, modified, and reinstalled.

MBP provided enhanced commissioning services during the design, construction, acceptance, and warranty phases.
