MBP provided dispute resolution services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the construction of a state-of-the-art, 88,000-square-foot criminal forensic laboratory. The laboratory included offices, laboratory areas, an indoor firing range, evidence storage, locker rooms, shower facilities, and mission support areas such as a hazardous waste holding facility and a training conference room.
