MBP was responsible for pre-construction, construction, and post construction phase project management operations including constructability reviews, independent design estimates, scoping documents, change management, managing project stakeholders, on-site QA/QC, and virtual documentation of the project. The Education Center Reuse project included the renovation of an existing two-and a-half acre campus which housed a curved, five story, 55,169-square-foot building with a detached planetarium. The renovation added athletic facilities, instructional spaces, and administrative capacity to accommodate 600 students in a LEED Silver Building for the Washington-Liberty High School adjacent to the project with an option to be easily converted into a Middle School facility in the future.
