MBP provided complete construction management services including pre-construction phase design, constructibility, and cost reviews; LEED assistance; phasing and master scheduling; scope of work, bid alternate, and bid package development; contractor pre-qualification and selection; as well as full-time on-site owner’s representation, inspection, and project management services during construction. The project included a complete re-build of Washington-Liberty High School and was completed in three phases over three and a half years while maintaining occupancy. The 350,000-square-foot new school achieved LEED Gold certification by the USGBC.
“Our structural engineering consultant let us down and MBP discovered the problems. In the field, MBP’s presence was of immense benefit, constantly there to coordinate, track, and resolve field issues between the contractor and A/E staff. I wish they were on all our projects.”
