MBP provided commissioning services on an as-needed basis during the contract term. This project involved the construction of a new 113,000-square-foot addition to the existing Integrated Science Center (ISC) Phase 1 and ISC Phase 2. The project included spaces for applied science, biology, chemistry, psychology, and integrated research. Spaces also include laboratories, classrooms, offices, a lecture hall, and a new greenhouse on the roof of the ISC Phase 2 building. The design incorporated flexible laboratory modules to facilitate conversion of spaces for different uses.
