MBP provided enhanced commissioning services in accordance with USGBC LEED guidelines for New Construction, Energy & Atmosphere Credit 3. MBP led and managed the commissioning process on behalf of Duke University during the design, construction, acceptance, and occupancy phases. This innovative three-story, 72,000-square-foot health and wellness center was designed to consolidate health and wellness resources and services under one roof. The building was purposefully designed to create a positive physical environment that’s both inviting and reflective of the wellness mission. This project achieved LEED Silver certified.
“I found MBP’s Project Manager to be very helpful and felt on numerous occasions went out of the way to make sure I had what I needed to move forward.”
