MBP is providing enhanced commissioning services in accordance with USGBC LEED guidelines for New Construction, Energy & Atmosphere (EA) Prerequisite 1: Fundamental Commissioning and EA Credit 3: Enhanced Commissioning during the design, construction, acceptance, and warranty phases. MBP also acted as the LEED consultant being responsible for leading and managing the LEED process on behalf of Duke University. The Trinity House Residence Hall project was a 90,200-square-foot, four-story, 250-bed residence hall constructed on East Campus of Duke University. The purpose of the project was to replace three existing, aging residence halls on East Campus.
