MBP provided CPM schedule analysis services through an open-ended service agreement with the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Projects included the EPIC Center, the Jerry Richardson Stadium, the South Village Program, the Hunt Residence Hall, and the South Village Dining Hall.
EPIC Center
The three-story EPIC Center consisted of approximately 200,000 square feet of classroom, lab, research, and administration spaces for the college of civil and electrical engineering.
Jerry Richardson Stadium
The Jerry Richardson Stadium project consisted of a two-story, approximately 48,000-square-foot football field house, a new 15,000-seat stadium built into an excavated bowl, and outbuildings for concessions, restrooms, and press box. The project also included the construction of practice fields adjacent to the new stadium.
South Village Program
The South Village Program consisted of six individual projects, including the new Hunt Residence Hall, a new dining hall, a new regional utility plan, a new parking deck, street and utility improvements, and demolition of an existing residence complex.
Hunt Residence Hall
The Hunt Residence Hall (formerly Residence Hall XII) project is a six-story, 400-bed residence hall in the South Village section of campus. It consists of two- and four-bedroom suite-style units.
South Village Dining Hall
The South Village Dining Hall project consisted of a 55,000-square-foot dining facility with a pedestrian bridge. With more than a dozen unique eating venues, the dining hall seats approximately 735 people and also includes a convenience store, bakery, late night dining option, and campus catering.
