MBP provided full-time, on-site project management and inspection services (clerk-of-the-works) on this high-visibility project. The project consisted of a 193,000-square-foot complex that included an alumni center, continuing education center (CEC), and hotel. The alumni center is a 29,000-square-foot, three-level structure used as a museum and auditorium for university memorabilia. The CEC is a 75,000-square-foot, three-level conference center designed for educational, professional, and philanthropic activities. The 89,000-square-foot, four-level, 133-unit hotel houses visitors during conferences, university ceremonies, and sporting events.
