MBP provided an independent analysis of the claims made by the general and the electrical prime contractors against the school district. The project involved a structural steel building with a total area of 126,000 square feet on three levels. It was designed in accordance with LEED guidelines for green buildings, utilizing energy efficient ground source heat pumps for heating and cooling with 95% heat recovery and incorporating sustainable green design principles, including sustainable wood siding and roof decking.
