Brian Moore, PE, CCM, LEED AP

As MBP’s Federal Market Leader, Brian Moore is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships that will expand MBP’s portfolio in the Federal market through client relationships, strategic partnerships, and teaming opportunities. He is a retired Navy Civil Engineer Corps Officer with more than 25 years of experience in corporate, contract, and program management; he is an expert in federal contracting, having managed design, construction, operations and maintenance, and environmental remediation contracts and project teams in both the private and public sectors.

Over the course of his 35-year career, Brian has also managed program and construction management contracts with the National Park Service, Defense Information Systems Agency, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Marine Forces Pacific, General Services Administration, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He is past president of the Society of American Military Engineers, Washington DC Post (2015) and the MIT Club of Washington (2010).
