Holly Bushner, CPSM

Holly Bushner leads the proposal team at MBP and has over a decade of hands-on experience in the AEC industry. Her expertise spans all corners of the proposal process, with a particular focus on crafting comprehensive responses to Federal, State, and Local Request for Proposals (RFPs). She has a solid background in Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, Acrobat, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Deltek Vantagepoint CRM database, with additional experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition. Her proficiency in these tools has enabled her to navigate the proposal process with precision, from pre-RFP through the production and shortlist phase.

Holly is a Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) and has been a member of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) DC Chapter since 2013. Her current position requires constant communication with all levels of management and senior leadership, including service line leaders, area managers, and principals located in our various offices along the East Coast.
