James Mangrum has 17 years of professional experience in the construction industry, serving in various roles ranging from project management to office engineering, with responsibilities including budget controls, schedule review, estimate generation, contractor performance evaluations, project procurement, and project closeout. An expert in a variety of construction and maintenance operations, James’ experience includes both horizontal and vertical work.
