Her specific project experience includes construction management; contract administration; CPM schedule review; design and constructability review; permitting; cost estimating; change order estimating and review; punch-list preparation; running progress meetings, coordinating Inspectors, and project closeout. She is proficient working with construction, building, and OSHA codes, job site safety, quality assurance, and field inspections. Jennifer is currently working in the public sector and has extensive experience in navigating the state procurement processes with an emphasis in the healthcare industry.
