Michael Lussier has over thirteen years of industry experience, specializing in project delivery processes to enhance efficiency and reduce uncertainty. He has a strong program and project management background and has extensive experience working in multiple roles for military, federal government, and private sector organizations. Michael helps program and project teams develop and implement successful project frameworks tailored to the owner’s goals and brings a strong technology-based toolkit to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency, offering clients fully integrated project frameworks and plans. His expertise spans project finance, project controls, project governance, quality management, claims management, scheduling, and the last mile transition to operations.
Michael is also actively involved in the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA), serving as the Membership Director for the National Capitol Chapter and a Technology Sub-Committee Member for CMAA Nationals. Additionally, he is an Associate Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and a member of the Build Out Alliance.
