Stacey Cottrell, CCP

Stacey Cottrell is a Certified Commissioning Professional with 39 years of HVAC design, project management, commissioning, and construction experience. She has provided and managed commissioning services on higher education, renovations, labs, medical facilities, K-12 schools, office buildings, manufacturing, historic renovations, government facilities, museums, healthcare, and renovation projects. She has also managed project coordination and oversight for building envelope commissioning.

In addition to commissioning, Stacey has performed HVAC studies, cost estimating, constructibility reviews, controls management, field surveys, value engineering studies, and facility condition reports. In her role as Service Line Manager, she is responsible for overseeing commissioning services, project management, and client support.
