Tom Hood has 25 years of experience in the HVAC and electrical trades. As a Licensed Master Electrician and Master HVAC tradesman, he holds certifications by the State of Virginia (DHCD) and the ICC as a residential and commercial electrical inspector. He is also certified as a Certified Building Commissioning Professional (CBCP) from the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) and a certified thermographer with the Infrared Training Center. Tom has demonstrated exceptional ability to oversee various construction projects and has comprehensive knowledge of all applicable Federal, State, and Local code requirements. Tom is also responsible for ensuring safety and adherence to OSHA guidelines for both employees and contractor personnel.
