Cecille has been with MBP for six years. As Office Manager, she provides support and guidance and ensures each team member’s work environment is comfortable and safe. When she’s not at work you’ll find her hanging out with her husband, son, and daughter, or whipping up some fantastic recipes for family and friends in her gourmet kitchen. She’s also a huge Washington Nationals fan, so during baseball season, you’ll find her watching and cheering on her team. Her best work-related advice? Hire people smarter than you.
